Media coming to Bratislava, Slovak Republic, to cover the activities of the US-Russia Summit or the Slovak-US and/or Slovak-Russian bilateral activities, are required to make their own arrangement for hotel or other housing accommodations.

There are many hotel and housing possibilities still available in Bratislava and its immediate vicinity. While some hotels in the immediate vicinity of official activities are fully reserved for the days of the summit and other meetings, media should be aware that there are many other options still available nearby.

The Slovakia Summit 2005 International Media Center will be located in the Incheba Exposition Center in Bratislava on the edge of the Danube River at the south end of "Noví Most" ("new bridge") directly across the river from Bratislava's Old Town area (at the north end of "Noví Most"). The Incheba Exposition Center is on major highway and public transportation routes.
