ADVISORY: FREE SATELLITE TV FEEDS FROM SLOVAKIA

LIVE FREE VIDEO FROM SLOVAKIA WILL BE AVAILABLE FREE ON NO-ENCRYPTION FREE-DOWNLINK SATELLITE FEED OVER ALL EUROPE
by special arrangement of the Government of Slovakia during the visits of President Bush and President Putin.

The FREE-DOWNLINK, CLEAR-KEY NO-ENCRYPTION SATELLITE video and audio of the public events is arranged as a courtesy by the Slovak Republic for all media in honor of the visits of President Bush and President Putin to Bratislava.

FREE SATELLITE TRANSMISSIONS will occur on the days of 23-24-25 February 2005. Slovak TV [STV] in its role as HOST TV for the historic visits will originate the video and audio of public events for the satellite transmissions.

All this video and audio may be used FREE and unrestricted but only when used for news purposes. Video and Audio provided by the Slovak Republic through STV as host TV of these events may NOT be resold or offered for sale to others.

TO RECORD THE HOST TV SIGNAL IN BRATISLAVA AT INTERNATIONAL PRESS CENTER AND/OR TO REQUEST A PRIVATE TV CABINE, PLEASE CONTACT:

Eurovision News Services will provide comprehensive transmission and production facilities at the Slovakia Summit International Press Center, in the Trade Centre Incheba in Bratislava. Eurovision can assist broadcasters covering these events and will distribute the host TV signal ON SITE at the International Press Centre/Bratislava.

TV media requesting a cabled workspace with a Host TV signal please contact Bookings@eurovision.net, Tel: +41 22 717 28 40. Eurovision will co-ordinate all requests for TV and radio cabins requesting pool signal and also additional phones in these cabins.

Many media facilities at the International Press Center/Incheba in Bratislava are provided free of charge by the Slovak Republic as a courtesy to Slovak media and visiting media.
